What is the best Cellphone or smartphone to get for $0?
And I don’t mean free (however, if it’s possible let me know! lol) I mean those plans that start at $0 and you pay later. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada so some plans may not work for me. But they’re welcome. If anyone has any advice on plans that have worked out well for them or have any cellphone/smartphone.
I prefer smartphones but any info will work

The best would probably be with rogers or fido they both offer blackberry pearls which are slimmed down versions of blackberry’s at $0 which an agreement also there is the samsung blackjack with fido and the motorola Q which are both windows mobile phones and with rogers there are many other phones available which may catch you eye
