Touchflo on AT&T Tilt/HTC Kaiser?

Can anyone tell me how to install Touchflo on my AT&T
Tilt? I just got it yesterday and saw Touchflo and really want it on mine. Thanks.
Also, are there any risks of doing this, and will it void the warranty?

you might need some custom ROM for this though. Do you have HTC home plugin?
