Help with USB adaptor connecting to Internet?

I have a Linksys USB adaptor and am trying to connect my Dell desktop to a Verizon FIOS network. The computer says it doesn’t recognize the USB adaptor or it malfunctioned; can’t get signal from FIOS network. the Dell is running on windows XP. Let me know if you need more info.

Try using the Linksys software to configure the USB adaptor instead of Windows. Sounds like you don’t have any drivers installed.
