Warranty Flip

Is it true that Rainbow flip flops has a warranty? If so, how do you send them back?

So I’ve heard that if your flip flops haven’t warn through the first layer of heal you can send them back to Rainbow and get a new pair. Is this true? If it is does anyone know the policy for sending them back? I’ve searched online and can’t find anything!

I wouldn’t think you could send back used flip flops for hygienic reasons but maybe. If it is not on the website probably not. You could always e-mail them.
