Did I Eat Unhealthy Today?
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Cereal with half a cup of Light Vanilla Soy Milk (175 calories)
Lunch: Tuna Wrap(on a whole wheat wrap), fresh blackberries, and 8 pretzel crisps
Snack: Trail Mix (homemade; soy nuts, semi sweet chocolate chips, marshmallows, Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal, and dried cranberries) (110 calories)
Dinner: Homemade Turkey Gyro and homemade sweet potato fries (385 calories) I put goat cheese, dill sauce(tofutti sour cream which is 80 calories, dill weed, and lemon juice, some black olives, and banana peppers on my gyro on a whole wheat pita). The sweet potato fries were just cut and baked.
I have had around 975-1000 calories…somewhere around there.

No. You need to be eating around 1500-2000 calories a day, unless you want to lose muscle mass, thus causing the fat that you do have (and need) to look flabby. Your pretty underweight right now also. But… the foods you are choosing are very nutritious and balanced. You just need more!
